About Us…

We are a couple of college sweethearts who met at ASU. We lived in the same apartment complex where I used to “borrow” his Sunday paper, read it then return it before he got up! He used to offer to walk my dog for me during those long nights in the darkroom. Many weekends were spent on photo assignments for homework and for fun.

To make a long story short, we got married and soon started Hinz Photographic after the birth of our first child. Since then we have been covering the finer weddings at some of the most gorgeous venues in Phoenix, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley and Sedona Arizona. We have worked hard to become one of the most successful and respected photography studios in the Valley and love the continued relationships we have built. One of the most rewarding parts of our job is when clients come back for maternity, newborn, child and family portrait sessions! (For our wedding couples, their first newborn portrait is free! No pressure though..!) We love to watch your families grow and truly cherish the responsibility of being your photographers for life.
